Calm your body and mind with yin yoga, empower yourself with information about the parasympathetic nervous system and ways to switch out of fight, flight and freeze mode into rest, heal, digest mode. Concludes with practical tips to ease stress in the day-to-day.
Good Mood: a gut feeling:
Boost your endorphins with dynamic vinyasa yoga, then arm yourself with knowledge about the gut-brain connection and simple ways to improve brain health for better mood.
Mindfulness for today:
Experience four ways of practising mindfulness: mindfulness of breathing; body scan meditation; moving meditation; and mindfulness of eating. Explore seven attitudes of mindfulness to support your practice.
Sleep Well: strategies for more nourishing sleep; Restorative yoga: support your body to rest best. Learn how to support your circadian rhythms and hormonal system to help you slip off to the land of nod and stay there when you need to. Concludes with a yoga nidra practice. Emerge refreshed.
