Target group: everyone! 


This workshop is based on a study of current research in the field of mindfulness. 

Experience 4 different methods for mindfulness training: breath, body scan,
choiceless awareness, and mindfulness of movement.


  • Learn how to incorporate the 7 attitudes of mindfulness into your practice

  • Introduction to Mindfulness-Based-Stress-Reduction; and modes of talking therapy
that incorporate mindfulness (eg Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and MBCT).

  • Experience the power of practice in a dedicated group.  The opportunity to learn from,
and share experience of mindfulness meditation.
