in the field of stress and anxiety.
Each workshop can stand alone and together they complement
The aim is to improve your understanding of stress and anxiety and its role in protecting us, helping to identify when stress does not serve us well. It provides practical strategies to free us from the limiting effects of stress. The workshops discuss the theory underlying changing habits, and have a practical focus, drawing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques, mindfulness and much more.
Please bring: yourself! A water bottle. Snacks if you need them.
