what works best for you.
Specific and tailored spinal- and full-body alignment instruction given to release any areas of stuckness in the physical, mental and emotional body. Grounding practice designed to release tension
in the musclesand nervous system.
Generous time reserved for guided relaxation and meditation following physical practice. Different meditation modalities offered to allow you to find a method that works for you. Including: heartfulness, mindfulness, loving kindness
and concentrative meditation.
Intention is to allow fluctuations of mind to settle. Focus on non-judgmental listening to your own body’s messages. To allow more appropriate and adaptive response.
