Fitness First, Kings Cross
Sunday 10th Dec, 12pm-2pm

you’ve heard about the mental and physical benefits of yoga…
are you curious about the nervous system and how we can use simple techniques to control it,
rather than it taking control of us!? Invest in yourself and experience the benefits of this mind-body workshop.

This workshop is based on a study of current research in the field of stress and anxiety.

The aim is to improve our understanding of stress and anxiety and its role in protecting us, to help us identify when stress does not serve us well. It provides practical strategies to free us from the limiting effects of stress.  The workshops discuss the theory underlying changing habits, and have a practical focus, drawing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques, mindfulness and much more.
