Building self-worth through Psycho-Neuro-Immunology is designed to inform and inspire.
Want to feel stronger, healthier and more in control of your body and mind? Want to improve your relationships: with yourself, and others? Interested in how western science and yoga intersect to help break out of unhealthy patterns?
These workshops draw on the latest research exploring the links
between the immune system, nervous system, and the mind.
Integrating discussion and strategies from psychology with yoga and meditation practice.
No experience required, options to practice on a chair, or gentle modifications.
If you are keen to detox your body and mind this course is a great adjunct to that.
Week 1: Mood and the gut-brain connection
Week 2: Sleep and the floating brain
Week 3: Re-wiring your brain: creating healthy habits
Each week will include 2 live yoga psychology Zoom calls, (Sundays and Tuesdays), with myself and the group,
with a 50/50 split between discussion and practice.
The calls will be recorded and classes available afterwards, with weekly worksheets
and exercises designed to deepen your practice and build simple, quick, healthier habits
using meditation, breathing and movement.
There will be a private facebook group to connect with others on the journey during and after the course.
