Integration of theory-driven, evidence-based psychological research combined with the principles and teachings of yoga. Emphasis is placed on meditation and breathwork with the introduction of some physical movement.
Typically, a physical and meditative practice is offered along with an interactive educational component based on current evidence and best practice in psychology. This facilitated group discussion involves the presentation and examination of techniques for self-management of mental health drawing on scientific approaches from West and East.
