Over the past ten years, she has deeply explored the body-mind connection and wellness. She helps adolescents to discover self-knowledge and connect with their body-mind system, to face their fears and anxiety, and develop healthy relationships with themselves and others, setting boundaries and gaining confidence to select and follow their life path.
Utilising the encouragement and transformational support of a trusted confidant, she works on core respect, courage and integrity with a patient, determined truthfulness. She will guide your adolescent to reflect and develop resilience.
